Learning is a positive ageing activity that empowers the body, mind and soul. SUSS Gerontology Programme partners with Sunshine Seniors and U 3rd Age to develop a series of sessions to promote active ageing and how to be an Age-Friendly Advocate. In this introductory session, Ricky and Thomas will share how seniors can bring impact to society through the framework, “Learn. Participate. Contribute”. They will also share the learning objectives and outcomes for the upcoming 4-session workshop commencing in May 2022.
