Writing down your life stories has many benefits. The process of recalling your past stories, for example, can help to delay the onset of memory loss. Your life stories can also help to shape the kind of care you receive as you age, as your preferences and experiences become known to those around you. Moreover, your life stories can help you to bond with the younger generation, giving them insights into your perspectives and life lessons.
Join us on 29 Oct 2021 (Fri) 11 am to 12.30 pm with Thomas Kuan, Founder of U 3rd Age for an interactive sharing session.
