Delighted to have four 13-year-old boys introduce the Paynow mobile app for banking transactions. Step-by-step demo and info booklet for four different banks were shared by the boys. The seniors shared their concerns, experiences and fears of using/trying online payment. Many efforts still required to encourage and assure the seniors to embrace the ‘cashless system’. The best part...parents of the boys were all present! A learning session across three generations! 😆
