eSMS (Seniors-Meet-Seniors) Knowledge Cafe - Oct 2021

eSMS (Seniors-Meet-Seniors) Knowledge Café is where people 'meet' virtually to share fun and productive conversations, to learn from each other.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is recruiting research participants to better understand the “Efficacy of Tai Chi programme in mitigating age-associated decline in metabolic and musculoskeletal health in seniors”.

Sedentary volunteers who do not wish to attend Tai Chi lessons are also needed as part of the control group. In addition, NTU will also be sharing on “Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - Holistic Healthcare for Gracious Aging”.

Date: 21 Oct 2021 (Thursday)

Time : 2-3pm - TCM (Lim Yin Jia, Senior Physician at NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic)

3-4pm - NTU study on Tai Chi and health for the elderly (Dr Fabian Lim)

Language: English presentation and bi-lingual for Q&A
